The Passivhaus Planning Package is the engine behind every certified Passivhaus project. Without a properly built and interrogated PHPP model, you're guessing — and on a Passivhaus project, guessing is expensive.
I run, check, and interrogate PHPP models — whether you're starting from scratch or need a second pair of eyes on an existing model. If the numbers don't add up, I'll find where and tell you exactly what needs to change.
Passivhaus is a team effort — and most design teams don't have a Passivhaus specialist in-house. I work alongside architects and design teams to help projects achieve compliance, from initial feasibility through to detailed design.
The detail that makes the difference between a building that passes and one that actually performs is often in the things that get resolved — or not — at design stage. I bring 20 years of cost management experience to clients considering sustainable construction options. This is often the starting point for projects that go on to pursue Passivhaus — a realistic view of cost, whole life value, and procurement options before any commitment is made.
